" The selling agent, James, was delightful to work with "
The selling agent, James, was delightful to work with in offering practical, wise advice on the Mudgee property market. It is delightful to work with an inciteful agent who has a ready smile and a self-deprecating sense of humour. James was tireless and tactful in achieving a price that satisfied both the vendor and purchaser, all within a fortnight of the property being listed for sale even though my original intention was for the property to be sold at auction.
James was well-connected in recommending competent tradesmen including a handyman and an electrician in detailing the property approaching settlement.
In all of my dealings with The Property Shop team, they too, were polite with polished communication skills. I would highly recommend this real estate agency for anyone selling their home.
