Having lived in the Upper Hunter region all of her life, Sara moved to Mudgee with her family in late 2016 following a 10 year career with John Flood Estate Agents, Muswellbrook as a well-regarded Sales professional.

Although previously based in Muswellbrook, Sara has spent a lot of time in the Mudgee region over the years, with family located in Bylong, Rylstone, Kandos and Mudgee itself.

Sara’s keenness to assist her clients through their property transactions and achieve the best possible result has become pivotal in the client service experience and a lot of her business is with repeat clients and referrals.

Sara was a gem to deal with throughout my property search and purchase. She was honest and fair in all of her communications, and she went the extra mile to help get me in to see properties when my available times weren't exactly standard. I have dealt with a lot of agents in the Mudgee area over the past 4 years, and she is definitely one of the best. She will listen to what you want as the buyer, what your deal-breaker aspects are, and then actually try and find suitable properties (out of 5 serious contenders in my latest property search, she brought 3 to my attention - including the one I ended up purchasing - the other 2 I found myself which were listed with other agencies), and not simply send you links to everything on the agency's books in your price bracket. From what I could see she also did a lot of work for the vendors too. I highly recommend her.
