Alyse sold our property in Windeyer. She did an extremely great job. We were living far away from the property, but Alyse took the stress out of selling and made the process much easier. Alyse was a great communicator. During the negotiations she was great at getting back to both us and the buyers without wasting any time, she was very proactive and helpful throughout the sale. I first met with Alyse on 09/08/2017, whilst I was in Mudgee basically only for 48 hours to handle my late brother's Estate. Alyse went well over and above the call of duty pulling out all stops in taking on board not one but two properties from my late brother's Estate. Immediate contact was made with my nephew, (co-executor), and a large amount of work was done after hours to enable having forms duly completed to get the ball rolling before I left the area.Her knowledge, skills and work ethics are impeccable. We are almost at the end of the line now with both properties having contracts exchanged after a period of over eight months, (due to unforeseen circumstances), and at no stage in all those months did communication wane from Alyse. I would not hesitate to highly recommend the services of Alyse and The Property Shop to any prospective Vendor or Purchaser.
